Summary
Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Indigo and Luminate motorhomes. The heat shield that protects the propane tank from engine exhaust may be too short, which can cause the propane tank to become overheated.
Consequence
A propane tank that becomes overheated increases the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Dealers will install an overlapping heat shield, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 29, 2024. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-500-1020. TMC's number for this recall is RC000306.
